Directions

Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow signs for Stansted Airport via the A120.

  2. Follow signs for the Mid Stay Car Park.

  3. Use postcode CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav.

  4. Look out for the Holiday Inn, located opposite McDonald’s and just before the BP garage.

  5. Turn into the Holiday Inn entrance, then take the immediate right into the I Love Park & Ride car park.

Arrival instructions

When you arrive at the I Love Car Park, Stansted:

  1. Park your vehicle in one of the marked lanes near the office.

  2. Check in at reception and leave your car keys with the team.

  3. Your car will be securely parked for you.

  4. Board the shuttle bus, which runs on demand and takes less than 5 minutes to reach the terminal. The shuttle service is included in the price.

Return instructions

Once you’ve collected your luggage and reached the arrivals hall:

  1. Call Bubble Parking to confirm your arrival.

  2. Make your way to the Express Set Down area outside the terminal, where your car will be delivered to you.

Important:

  1. Your vehicle can remain on the forecourt for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  2. Be ready to collect your car and exit promptly.
  3. A £7.50 exit fee applies for up to 10 minutes, payable at the barrier when leaving.

This efficient service allows you to return to your vehicle quickly and continue your journey with minimal delay.

Important information

Key Handover: You are required to leave your car keys when using Bubble Park & Deliver at Stansted Airport. Your vehicle may be moved and stored in one of the secure car parks, all of which are located within the airport boundary.

This service is provided in partnership with I Love Meet & Greet.

Security

Bubble Parking places high importance on vehicle security. All vehicles are stored in secure, patrolled compounds featuring:

  • CCTV surveillance

  • Barrier-controlled entry and exit

  • 24-hour staff on site

These advanced security measures are in place to keep both vehicles and customers safe at all times.

Disabled facilities

Bubble Parking is happy to assist passengers with additional needs. If you or anyone in your group requires help with loading or unloading luggage or needs extra assistance, simply ask a member of staff, they’ll be happy to help.

Transfer details

The bus runs on demand when it's needed and goes to both terminals. It's included in the price and takes less than 5 minutes.

Vehicle restrictions

The car park accepts most standard vehicles under the following conditions:

  • Maximum height: 2 metres

  • Must fit within a standard parking bay: 2.4m wide x 4.8m long

  • No trailers, taxis, or commercial vehicles accepted at any I Love Meet & Greet car park.

If you overstay beyond your booked period, you will be charged the car park’s standard daily rate (subject to change).

Exit Fee

When your car is returned to you at the terminal forecourt, an exit fee of £7.50 applies for stays of up to 10 minutes. This fee must be paid at the barrier when leaving.

Bubble Park & Deliver operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, including public holidays, providing flexible parking no matter when your flight departs or arrives.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
