Directions

Exit the M25, take exit 29 for the A127 towards Southend. You will then be able to follow the ✈︎ signs as you approach the airport and Southend from the A127. Follow signs for Short Stay car park.

Arrival instructions

Please ring on 01702 888177 (option 1) when you are 15 mins away from Southend Airport (SS2 6YF)

In the event that you do not have a Sat Nav or unsure when you will be 15 mins away, please ring when you have just passed the Basildon turnoff on the A127 towards Southend, or if coming via the A130, ring when you leave the A130 to get on the A127.

If you fail to phone when you are 15 minutes away from the airport you may have to pay the £6.00 exit fee for us to get your car out of the short stay car park. If you do arrive at the airport and haven’t phoned, please do not stop on any of the roads around the airport as you will receive a £100 fine, please pull up somewhere outside the airport grounds and call before entering the short stay car park otherwise it will result in you having to pay the £6.00 exit fee.

It is important to ring if you are running late or early. This way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.

On arrival at Southend Airport, pull into the Short Stay Car Park (on your right - opposite the terminal) where a member of staff will greet you. The member of staff will be wearing aa Hi-Vis with company logo and ID Badge and will process the necessary paperwork with you.

Return instructions

Once you have your luggage and have exited the terminal building, call on: 01702 888177 (Option 1). One of the team will then inform you of the pickup details based on the security conditions. Normal procedure is a driver shall be waiting with your vehicle in the Short Stay Car Park.

Please only phone once you are leaving the terminal building. Once your vehicle is the Short Stay car park you will have 5 - 10 minutes to drive your vehicle out. After this time you will need to pay £6.00 to get your vehicle out of the car park.

Important information

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

IMPORTANT - If you have a last minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact Diamond Meet & Greet by telephone on 01702 888177 to advise of the change.

Security fencing, gated, 24 hour CCTV and 24 hour manned security.

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
