VIP Meet & Greet are a fully secure private car park with CCTV, electric gates, a monitoring system, only accessible via a fob and has been awarded the Park Mark Award.
Additional Information
There is an additional charge of £10 for vans and minibuses. VIP Meet & Greet are unable to return vehicles that are classed as overheights to anywhere other than the drop off zone area, which there is a charge at the discretion of the airport.
There is a £10 daily charge for delays and any additional days parking that haven't been pre-booked. There is a £25 charge for curtailment without prior contact.
Manchester Airport operate a strict 10 minute drop off policy on departure. When this is exceeded there is a fine of £25 generated. VIP Meet & Greet will not be liable for this charge, therefore it is important to provide the correct meeting time in order to avoid any unnecessary charges.
The Airport Drop Off fees are not included and customers will be liable to this charge.

Directions
Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 1 Drop Off:
- Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminal 1.
- You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel on your left-hand side.
- Take the ramp to the left and enter the car park under the 'Drop Off' sign on the left-hand side
Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Drop Off:
Terminal 2 upper forecourt is conveniently located next to the main check-in
- To access the upper forecourt, exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left up the slip road, following signs for Terminal 2
- At the first roundabout, at the top of the slip road, take the 2nd exit, signposted the Terminal 2
- At the second roundabout (Flag Island), take the 3rd exit, signed T2 Drop Off
- Take the ramp up to the forecourt, which is conveniently located next to the main check-in hall
- There is a dedicated drop-off point on the forecourt located in Zone 2
Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 3 Drop Off:
- Follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel on your left
- Shortly afterwards, you will reach a roundabout, take the 1st exit
- At the next (mini) roundabout,. take the 3rd exit. Continue until you reach a second mini roundabout
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and the Drop Off area is located in front of the terminal straight ahead
Arrival Procedure
- Before you arrive: Call VIP Meet & Greet on 07818205594 when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport.
- Upon arrival: Proceed to the departure area of your terminal.
- Meet & Greet: A chauffeur in a black and orange uniform will meet you at the departure area.
- Documentation:You will receive a receipt with your travel details, car information (fuel amount, mileage, and condition), all based on the information you provided.
Return Procedure
- Upon arrival at Manchester Airport, proceed through customs and collect all your luggage.
- Once you've collected everything, call our duty mobile on 07818205594.
- Our driver will then guide you to the meeting point where you can collect your vehicle.
