Directions

MBW Meet & Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

Arrival instructions

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

 

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are approximately 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4. MBW will confirm when a uniformed driver is ready to meet you.
  2. As you approach Terminal 4, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly called Short Stay).
  3. Drive up the ramp, keep to the right, and enter the car park.
  4. Head down to Level 2 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in rows E or F.
  5. Before handing over your vehicle, take photographs of your car to support any potential damage claims. Please note MBW staff will only complete a brief exterior check.
  6. Once you have removed your luggage and valuables, the Handover Captain (wearing an orange and black MBW uniform and ID badge) will meet you.
  7. Hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain, then complete and sign the paperwork before heading to departures.

 

Return instructions

 

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, or passed passport control if you have hand luggage only, call MBW on 020 8759 5252.
  2. The despatch office will confirm your vehicle’s return time. If there is a delay, please remain inside the terminal until further notice.
  3. If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, please be prepared for a possible wait.
  4. From the arrivals hall, with Costa Coffee in front of you, turn left and take the exit next too WH Smith. 
  5. Cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing and take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2.
  6. As you exit the lifts, the MBW Desk will be directly in front of you.
  7. The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk or at your vehicle for key collection and handover.

 

Important information

  • Last-minute changes: If your arrival date or time changes the day before your booking starts, contact MBW immediately on 0208 759 5252 to update your details.

  • ULEZ charges: Apply on both arrival and return dates.

  • Arrival timing: Customers arriving more than 45 minutes outside their booked time without giving at least 2 hours’ notice will be responsible for the full car park costs (from £7.50).

  • Terminal parking fees: MBW covers up to 15 minutes of Terminal Parking charges.

Security

MBW's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage. 

Disabled facilities

MBW Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Flight delays or late arrivals: A £25 charge applies for flights arriving between 23:59 and 04:00.

  • Overheight vehicles: A £50 charge applies to any vehicle exceeding 2.2 meters in height.

  • ULEZ charges: Apply on both arrival and return dates.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
