Directions

MBW Meet & Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

Arrival instructions

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are around 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4.
  2. Approaching Terminal 4's roundabout, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly Short Stay).
  3. Drive up the ramp, keep to the right-hand side, and enter the car park.
  4. Proceed down to Level 2 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, then park in rows E or F.
  5. Photograph your vehicle before handing it over, as this is required to support any damage claim, since staff only carry out a brief external inspection.
  6. Remove all luggage and valuables from your car.
  7. You’ll be met by the Handover Captain, easily identifiable by an orange and black MBW high-vis jacket and company ID.
  8. Hand over your keys and car park ticket, then complete and sign your paperwork before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

  1. Call 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage, or after passing passport control if you only have hand luggage.
  2. The despatch office will confirm your vehicle’s return time. If there is a short wait, please remain inside the terminal until further notice.
  3. If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, please be prepared for a possible delay while your car is brought back.
  4. When you enter the arrivals hall, Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and exit next to W.H. Smith.
  5. Cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing, then take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2.
  6. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be directly in front of you. The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk or at your vehicle.

Important information

Booking Changes
If you need to make a last-minute change to your booking date or time (from the day before your booking starts), contact MBW by phone on 0208 759 5252 to update your details.

ULEZ Charges
ULEZ charges apply. Please note you will enter the ULEZ zone twice - on your start date and return date.

Arrival Window
A 45-minute window is allowed from your pre-booked arrival time to drop off your vehicle at the airport car park.
After this period, additional charges will apply (starting from £7.50).

Electric Vehicle Charging
MBW guarantees a minimum 70% charge for electric vehicles, subject to manufacturer or owner limitations, and will always aim to reach 100% where possible.

Security

MBW's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park, which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage.

Disabled facilities

MBW Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Late or Early Arrival Fee: £25 charge applies if your flight arrives or departs between 23:59 and 04:00.

  • Overheight Vehicle Charge: £50 applies to any vehicle over 2.2 metres in height.

Opening times

MBW EV is open 365 days a year between the hours of 4:00 and 23:59. 

If your flight is delayed upon your return and lands between 23:59 pm and 04:00 am, you will incur a £25 charge.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
