Important: Please note that due to the closure of the Terminal 4 Parking car park, the drop-off and collection point has been relocated to Terminal 2.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to park your car and make your way to the airport terminal.

When you leave your vehicle with a member of Edward Lloyd’s Meet & Greet team, you can rest assured that your car will be parked in a secure compound. The car park is surrounded by security fencing and is also monitored by CCTV.
All the drivers who take the vehicles to the premises are fully-insured, so you won’t have to worry about the safety of your car. Together, these comprehensive safety and security measures have shown the car parks dedication to providing robust security for customer.
Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who requires assistance for their mobility or disability needs. Staff can help you load and unload your luggage. Their staff pride themselves on their personable qualities and customer service, so you can trust that you will be looked after while you register your vehicle’s details.

Customers travelling to or from Terminal 4 will need to self-transfer using the free Elizabeth line service, which provides a quick and convenient connection between Terminals 2 and 4.
Extra charges apply for vehicles larger than a standard parking space.
Entry and exit fees at drop-off and collection car parks must be paid by the customer.
A £40 fee applies for late collections (after midnight), early returns, or flight changes (cash payable to the driver).
Overstays: £40 for the first extra day, then £10 per day.
Left-hand drive vehicles are not accepted.
ULEZ charges apply where applicable.
The operating times of Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet are between the hours of 06:30 and 22:30. Please be advised that for any late collections after midnight, early returns or if you return on a flight different to the one orginally specified, there will be a charge of £40 payable to the driver in cash.
