Directions

I Love Meet & Greet is available at both the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. When approaching the airport, simply drive to the terminal you're flying from as normal.

If you're travelling via the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow signs to your departure terminal.

Once near the terminal, stay in the right-hand lane and follow these directions:

For North Terminal:

Follow signs for 'Passenger Drop Off' - North Terminal

Stay in the right-hand lane and drive to the far end of the drop-off area

Look for the Approved Operator bays where your driver will be waiting

For South Terminal:

Follow signs for 'Passenger Drop Off' - South Terminal

Stay in the right-hand lane and drive to the far end of the drop-off zone

Pull into the Approved Operator lane to meet your driver

Please have your booking confirmation ready and allow plenty of time for the handover.

Arrival instructions

Using the I Love Meet & Greet service at Gatwick is quick and simple:

  1. Call I Love Meet & Greet when you’re approximately 10 minutes from the airport (the number is provided in your confirmation email).

  2. Drive to your terminal’s designated meeting point as described above.

  3. A uniformed, insured driver will be waiting to greet you.

  4. Hand over your keys and head straight into the terminal to begin your journey.

Important: Arrive in good time to complete the handover before heading to check-in.

Return instructions

When you return to Gatwick:

  1. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided in your booking.

  2. Make your way to the same Approved Operator meeting point where you dropped off your car.

  3. Your car will be returned to you so you can continue your journey with no delays.

This meet and greet service operates 24/7 and ensures a smooth, contact-free handover both on arrival and return.

Last-Minute Booking Changes

If your travel date or arrival time changes the day before your booking starts, please call I Love Meet & Greet directly to update your details.

Gatwick Forecourt Access Charges

Gatwick Airport charges all vehicles to access terminal forecourts. However, this fee is already included in your booking. As a licensed operator, I Love Meet & Greet pays these fees on your behalf.
In rare cases, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) due to a system error at Gatwick. If this happens, do not pay the charge.
Instead, email: customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and the team will resolve the issue for you.

Security

Your car will be parked in a secure, off-airport compound with the following safety measures:

  • Manned 24/7 by uniformed staff

  • Perimeter secured with high fencing

  • Full CCTV coverage throughout the site

Disabled facilities

I Love Meet & Greet is a great option for travellers with reduced mobility or those needing assistance:

  • Drop-off and pick-up happen right at the terminal doors

  • No need to find a disabled bay or take a shuttle

  • Staff handle your vehicle for you, helping make your airport journey easier

Transfer details

No transfer bus is required.
With I Love Meet & Greet, you park directly at the terminal entrance, whether at the North or South Terminal.
It's just a 2-minute walk from your car to the check-in desks.

Vehicle restrictions

Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted:

  • Cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats (including the driver)

  • Taxis are not accepted under any circumstances
    Oversized or commercial vehicles may be refused on arrival.

Opening times

The I Love Meet & Greet service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, including bank holidays.
You can arrive or depart at any time and still use the service at either terminal.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
